In a continued effort to provide our clients with best-in-class service, we are launching a new initiative, requiring our supplier partners to provide a valid product safety test report and/or certification with every purchase order. This will ensure that any branded merchandise and apparel that we source for our clients complies with applicable federal and state product safety laws, rules and regulations. A statement has been added to our purchase order form, reminding our supplier partners to provide a test report and/or certification for every accepted purchase order. The test report can be provided via the link in the SupplyLogic purchase orders. This is a mandatory initiative, requiring SupplyLogic supplier partners to comply with product safety SLA’s in a timely manner will be monitored and reported on.
